Photographing {couples in love} is my passion.
I am an old-school Romantic at heart. I love putting a man and woman in a unique environment where they can totally be themselves, have fun, and maybe get a little mushy! Nothing is more beautiful than 1) a couple laughing together, and 2) a couple in Love. Laughter & Romance are two of the most important things in a relationship. My goal is to capture both of these elements in their most genuine form in each of my sessions.
Every couple has a romantic side. Every couple laughs. Every couple has a story to tell.
Since I accept a limited amount of commissions each year – I get to focus my undivided attention on each client. I love this part the best… the friends that I have made since starting Evoke Images are the reason I keep going.
A few things about me:
I love all things vintage and if you throw a little rock and roll in there – you have me heart and soul! I sneeze every time I eat a peppermint (especially Altoids! They ARE curiously strong!), I wish puppy breath was a cologne, I own more books than I do articles of clothing, I am still as horse-crazy as I was when I was 12, and I am super self-conscious about my attached earlobes….
I am happiest when I am around people that I love, craziest at 2 am, slow when I wake up in the morning, and each moment is unpredictable (it is a lot more fun that way!).
Jesus Christ is the center of my world, I am so thankful that He walks with me day by day. I am also glad that he brought a wonderful mister into my life to love me and put up with my crazy ways! Adam is attending Police Academy, no kiddos yet – just 3 rotten dogs (Della, Texas, & Elsie Mae) who I wouldn’t trade for the world! They each have their own quirky personality and keep me laughing constantly.
I love my life and can’t wait to see where it goes! I’m so blessed to be able to make a living doing what I love, and I definitely don’t take that for granted!
