I love the smile Jeremy puts on Amanda’s face! That little giggle and the way she looks up at him. These two have such a sweet relationship! They met through mutual friends while they were both attending Gateway College in Florissant, MO. A little flirting from across the room….and now here they are!
We had a lot of fun planning their engagement session at our first meeting. Jeremy really wanted to do a cool field scene, and I had just found the most amazing antique couch at an antique store. Amanda plays piano, so we incorporated that, as well as several other things that had special meaning for the two of them. They brought picture frames filled with snapshots of them throughout their time together, loved that little touch!
It had been in the low 60s all that week, and in true St. Louis form…. by Saturday it was in the 90s! It was warm! However, they braved the heat and we were able to find a beautifully shaded area in Forest Park for our next location. Jeremy proposed to Amanda in Forest Park- so it was great to have that sentiment attached to their engagement images.
Jeremy is an artist as you will see. The flower he painted is one of the little sketches he has always drawn for Amanda, on little pieces of paper and notes passed back and forth in class, I love that he replicated it for their session!
I can’t wait to share their New Town wedding with you!
